Welcome to Zerplay. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Zerplay website, submission portal, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform or submit content. By using Zerplay, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Zerplay only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Attempt to interfere with platform security or functionality
Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit platform infrastructure

Zerplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

3. Creator Submissions

By submitting content to Zerplay, you confirm:

You own or control all necessary intellectual property rights
Your submission does not infringe on third-party rights
The information provided is accurate and truthful

Submission of content does not guarantee acceptance, distribution, monetization, or partnership.

If approved, distribution and monetization terms will be governed by a separate written agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their submitted content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All Zerplay branding, logos, designs, platform architecture, and proprietary systems are the exclusive property of Zerplay and may not be copied or used without permission.

5. Monetization & Revenue Participation

Any revenue-sharing, royalties, or audience participation models are subject to separate contractual agreements. Information displayed on the Platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding financial guarantee.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

Zerplay is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Zerplay makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zerplay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

9. Modifications

Zerplay may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.
